PCC Accounts Problem

HI

1. In case of Non-Profit Organisation, whether entrance fees have to be capitalised? I mean should they be recorded in Balance-sheet Liabilites side or treated as revenue and Credited to Income & Expenditure A/c

2. Also when should be any income added to Capital/General Fund?
