i think dat tds related question will be solved by dis way..
ie. Rs.1,00,000 is inclusive of 10.3 percent service tax.. tds will be made on d amt exclusive of service tax., ie. Rs.1,00,000 * 100/110.3 = 90,662.
TDS at 15.45 percent on RS.90,662.... 90,662 * 15.45/100 = Rs.14,007..
