If we have the deduction of any employee more than his earning. So in this case can we prepare his salary in neagtive.

But as far as my concern as per rule we cant pay zero salary to any employee. Is this correct?

You can prepare his salary and deduct the full amount whatever can be dedcuted and the balance amount to be deduted in next month.
