I have finalized a sample shipment from China the value of the shipment is US$ 54 and Air Freight (FEDEX) is US$106. I want to remitt money to the supplier.
I checked with Western Union they have informed you can only recieve money through western union. In this case how can I send the money to overseas prospective supplier ?
At present we do not have EXIM number which we shall apply if we find samples suitable.
Please guide.....

Payment Mode or custome rules regarding Sample import???/
Its mode of payment ......as I am not sure as A1 form is required to be filled for payments for import shipment will be applicable for sample shipment as well.
Yes A1 is required for that................ but as you dont have exim licence so fill A2

It is a small payment you can use PayPal for payment as it is accpeatbe with many Chinese suppliers for small payment. Fedex or DHL can bring your sample shipment to india on "to pay" basis provided you have have an account with them. It is easy to open one, just call their helpline number.

COURIER LIKE FEDEX AND DHL ALSO FILE A CONSOLIDATED BILL OF ENTRY AT COURIER TERMINAL, WHICH IS DUELY APPROVED BY CUSTOMS DEPT. YOU CAN INTIMATE IN ADVANCE TO FEDEX FOR A COPY , ONCE YOU GET THAT, ALONG WITH INVOICE AND FORM A2 CAN BE SUBMITTED TO YOUR BANKER.
