After filing of condonation in delay for creation of charge, my client get order stating acceptance of delay subject to payment of Rs. 8000/- as cost u/s 141(2) of companies Act.
so while making payment for same which SRN no .require to write??
orginal of form 8 or of form 24AAA, form 61??
