How to intimate details of payment to transporter when TDS is not deducted.
Do we need to mention this detail in Quarterly Statement itself, if Yes..How?

i m not sure but i dont think so there is any need of giving detail on whose TDS is not deductible
in case of transporter now it is not deductible(provided PAN is there)
so no need of giving detail
rest plz must confirm it as i hv nt studies new rules yet in much detail

In TDS quarterly returns no need to mention details of payment where TDS is not applicable or not done.
