Payment to foreigner in cash while on tour in india
our MNC registred in India under company Act has engaged a employee ( citizen of Myanmar) in Myanmar for its works in near by area.
Can we make payment of his/her salary or travelling expenditure in cash, while she/ he is on tour in India for company's work/ induction programme. . .

travelling and conveyence paid to employees does not seek clarification of employee nationlity, provided such expenses are not added to the salary part of the specific employee
if such expenses are to be debited to his salary part then the company has to pay in forex, as par with the salary payment norms
