please suggest me what is the tds rate for payment to foreign company (payment made in india) on contract.

Dear Pratik,
I sugguest you to please refer section 4,5,9,90,237 of income tax act 1961 and DTAA with foreign country to get the answer. I cannot tell you without receiving detailed fact of the transaction.
