What if I pay tax through some other person's bank account?
Will there be any implications on the payments made through my own account & otherwise?

No problem, if it is accountable..... and the person has no objection.
No problem.. IT DEPT exists to collect tax, if ur Pan no entered in payment Challan then you paid the tax that's it.. They won't bother from which account the tax is paid
