Gratuity limit has been increased from Rs. 3,50,000 to Rs. 10,00,000, it is passed by the Parliament on 22.04.2010.
PLEASE FURNISH THE DATE FROM WHICH THE NEW AMENDMENT OF ENHANCEMENT IS EFFECTIVE.
