Payment of dividend tax

Dear All,

Can anyone plz tel me wat was time limit for the payment of dividend tax after the declaration of dividend....

The dividend must be deposited in a seperate dividend account opened by the company within 5 days of its declaration of the same in AGM / EGM and it must be distributed to shareholders within 30 days of its declaration. The Corporate Dividend Tax must be deposited within 14 days of its declaration.

However, if Company declares interim dividend, the declaration of dividend is to be calculated from the board meeting date in which board of directors declares such interim dividend.
