Today I paid ₹10,000 advance tax and amount was debited from my bank account but challan not generated nor showing in payment history of e-filing.
What to do. Should I wait for few days to update or should lodge complaint on e-filing portal.

Wait for two days, you might get receipt by mail.
You can check in bank portal if the challan is being shown there
