Dear Sir, Recently I have registered Sole Propietership firm but bank account is still not opened 

I need to pay someone 70k, so I can pay online from my personal account ? and Get Invoice innames of my Sole Propietership firm ?

Yes. You can pay tax in Your own account and Also you get invoice in your Firm name only....
