Paying of Tax - Reg.

Sir I am working in a bank in tamilnadu. In our branch as a manager I am responsible for payment of income tax by deducting salary of staffs in my branch. To pay tax online I am using Challan 281 and using TAN of my branch. But after that what should I do to bring that amount under PAN of my staffs i.e To show an entry in Form 26AS of my staffs. Also how could I create Form 16 with deductions mentioned by staffs? Awaiting reply, Thanks with regards ARULKUMAR
