paying commission to agent
if there is no GST on an item & a supplier is paying commission to his agent on that item & agent is not registered in GST ,in this case will GST applicable????? plz reply

Dear dk ji. See commission is an expense..and if ur is exempted u need not to get register for gst and if u r nt register then any transaction b/w unreg to unreg doesnot attract any gst or rcm gst
