Pay revision provision

in the case of Pay Revision Provision, we take effect of Revised Salary, Increase in Gratuity payable and Increase in Leave Benefits payable to the employee. can we show all effect in a single Ledger i.e. "Pay Revision Provision" or we show each liability in separate ledger i.e. Gratuity Payable Account and Leave Benefits Payable Account?
