What should be the order of education & work experience documents while showing it at time of interview to employer? i.e. The good scoring marksheets should have been placed first or education documents should be arranged in order 10th .....12th.....b.com...etc.? I am going to give job interview? How should I place my qualification & experience papers in a file (in which order I should placed my documents in file)! I have 4 years experience as accounts assistant (have experience letter). I got 48 % in 10th class, 66 % in 12 the class & in t.y.b.com I got KT in accounts which I have cleared (48% in aggregate marks in T.Y.B.Com). I have cleared m.com-I but has not got good marks. I have failed in m.com -ii (failed in all subjects because I could not get classes for it) which I am going to appear this year. So how should I place these education documents in file to show my employer? Should I place 12th result at top and rest of under it? or should i placed my work experience letter at the top of all?
