Pattabhiram is good both for concepts and problems but if you want further practice then go for A.N.Sridhar's Problem & Solution but make sure you have to read Pattabiram for Concepts, its the excellent book.

Pattabhiram is a good book. It will help you in understanding the concepts easily. But for practice questions you should refer compiler.

Positive points in A.N.Sridharan
1. Exam oriended problems
2. Theory portions are covered nicely
Negative Points
1. The person who knows concept well only can do problem(i.e not much explanation about concept).
2. Each lesson has more than 100 problems. same type of problems are repeated.

It is your choice..better to have both! work on ANS for problems and Pattabhi for theory and concepts..What I follow is Pattabhi and I have the compilation along with the book, which is more than sufficient
