All of us have the potential to become CA, but all of us not becoming CA are the not becoming CA. But you can become CA, in this context please find some of the relevant points in this context.
MENTAL PREPARATION
The course is challenging in nature and therefore you must have a serious outlook towards the course.
Unless you take the course as serious, you cannot put the good effort towards the study.
GOAL
You must set a high but achievable target which will maximize and optimize all your inherent talent and effort.

SYSTEMATIC PLAN
Planning need to be done by taking in to account the time available for your exam.
If more time is with you opt for both group and vice versa (Note: - This is purely my personal view only)
SYSTEMATIC STUDY
Daily target and daily time tables
Making a good notes which is hitting the relevant point ( make key point summary)
Periodic Revision ( Once in a week and within the same month)
Group studies during the final revision stages
Mock exam test before the main exam
INTEREST
If you have good interest in studies, you can make the toughest paper to be easy.
CONCENTRATION
Full focus while you read (Maximum concentration level)
If you have good concentration level, you can grasp the content easily. If you have power concentration level then what you had learned will be lost.
DEDICATION
Sacrifice your comfort zone for achievement of above goals. Identify your sleeping talent and waking them up.
In addition to this you need to strengthen the weakness.
BASIC AND CONCEPTS
Every subject is based on certain concept; you may not understand the concept in the first reading perhaps.
If so devote more time for Reading you can catch the concepts. If not catch it then read it again.
DO NOT
1. Procrastination (leaving all the matter for tomorrow).
2. . Confidence (Over and under confidence)
3. . Lack of systematic studies
4. Ego
SUMMARY
a) You must have a good conceptual clarity while reading. Go to the grass route level. Be sound in basic whether for theory or for problems
b) You must have a habit of making good notes of what you had understood from your plain reading of theory.
c) The notes must contain the main point. But once you read , it can lead to what you had understood.
d) You must have the habit of periodic revision. Revision preferably have once in a week and once in a month after your first round of studies. Use the notes, it will faster your revision process also.
e) You must have a habit of following a good reference book for all the subject along with ICAI material, scanners , suggested answer.
f) You must be updated about the latest amendment and changes. Definitely there must be questions from the latest chage.
g) You must write in the exam with relevant point along with good subject and sub heading (wherever necessary) and a good numbering system. Stop writing essay type answer in the exam. If you did so, examiner need to wander for the relevant point.
