Password recovery procedure ???

You should contact with administrator of website of e-filling i.e.https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in

I thing you will get ur password back.

Click the option Forget pasword, then enter :

1. Enter you PAN No. as the user id and enter
2. In the next screen enter the secret question and answer which you entered during registration.
3. enter E-filing Acknowledgement number of previously e-filed return and select correct AssYr
4. Enter new passwor and retype the password
5. Enter the verification code

and submit.

By this process you can get the new password, no need to retrieve the old password.
