Can any one provide the method/software to remove password from an excel file.
This file is protected and dont allow some of cell. How to remove the protection cell password.
Please advice

go to 'tools' option and then to 'protect sheet' and u have to put the password to unprotect sheet, only then u can make chenges.

u can make changes in a protected worksheet only after u unprotect it. to unprotect a worksheet in ms excel click tool>protection>unprotect worksheet>enter (if it is password protected then enter d correct password and press enter) now it is ready to accept the change in each n every cell in the worksheet. some times cells are also protected by data validation if u want to make change in such kind of cell first remove d data validation this way go Data>Validation>clear validation>enter.
Hope dis will help u out.if u dont know d password of a password protected worksheet den u can not make change in it. i dont know ne s/w to remove d p/w.

Hi,
You can't change the original file which is protected with password but you have another option. Copy the whole sheet using "Cntrl+A" and paste this to another sheet. If the file is not protected for formatting and structure then automatically excel unlocks the password.

Hi,
We can also recover damaged Tally Data due to electrical fluctutation, improper Tally shutdown etc.. Or even Manager file is damaged.
