Password recovery

I don't have I.T. password of my client. he is already registered and registered mail id is of earlier ca. now i want to view 26 AS. earlier ca is not ready to provide us the password reset link.
what would we do...??

Dear sir get the digital signature of client and upload it.
The same situation I have also encountered. You can call Bangalore call center. They will ask a few information. If it matches, they will sen the rest link to the mail id what you have mentioned.
Moreover this is an affence, if you have not disclosed the passwords to the Assessess. Recently it has notified.

Dear sir,
1) Apply for DSC.
2) If last 3 FY's ITR filed online then go to Incometax site click on forgot password link then select the FY and type Acknowledgment No. and Bank account details provided in the Same FY.
If above said options wont work then u can file return through taxcloud and generate acknowledgement no which can be utilise to as jnput for your forgot password option of incometax site and by viwing exact information as per 26as u can revise your earlier return filed through taxcloud

Cleartax.in is a authorised site from where u can file your clients return and generated ak no. & a/c no.can be use for reseting password
