Password Protected in MS-Excel

Friends,

Ex-employee has protected the MS-Excel with Password in some files.  We called her to get the password, but she has not responding.

Can anyone can help us to remove the password in MS-Excel?

Is it possible in MS-Excel?

Any free-software is available? please provide the link.

Its very urgent !
