Password Of ITR

Hello Sir, I need a help. One of our client dnt have e filling Ack. no & also don't know the secreat question of E- filling A/c. His Tax audit on this year. He must file itr electronicly. Please sujjest me how can we reset password & file ITR. Thanks in Advance
