Password for login on gst

ARN received by SMS. No password allotted.  ON GST site while tracking application staturs "pending for clarification" and give clarification within 7 days after receiving notice on portal.  It also says notice has been sent.  But in absense of password we are unable to login on portal and could not get notice and cannot give clarification. How password can be obtained?  Is ARN itself is password ?
