hi sneha Its very simple Open your windows in safe mode as an administrator Create new user and delete the old one thats it. Thanks and regards Suraj pahuja

BUT IHAVE FORGETTEN MY PASSWORD AND THAT'S WHY COMPUTER IS NOT OPENING.

Hi Sneha,

You can recover your XP Password with the help of Spotmau Bootable CD available.

Just Boot it, Click it, and its done.
