Passed ca but gmcs-ii not completed,eligible for campus plac

Sir,

I have cleared my CA Final in May 2016 attempt. I have not yet completed my GMCS II and currently in waiting list. I wish to apply for campus placement to be conducted for May 2016. The elibility criteria suggests that GMCS to be completed by Oct,2016 for being eligible but while registering it asks for Date of GMCS completion. What should I do to get myself registered?
