In form PAS-3 (Allotment of Shares) at point number 8 Debt structure of the Company needs to be mentioned.
Our Company for which we are filing PAS-3 do not have any Debenture issue.
Do we need to give Secured and Unsecured Loans in Pint no-8. Kindly guide if anyone filed this form. Thanks

Hi Niraj,
just as we write total number of paid up capital (after considering the proposed issued), the same is the case with Debentures/secured loans, etc..Meaning if you are issuing debentures, than in the debt structure you have to write the total debentures after taking into consideration the proposed debenture issue. The same is the case with loans...
So if you are filing for issue of shares, than the debt structure will be zero.
