one of my client has given
material to job worker for job work but job worker has collected gst & not paid gst to govt & he has taken reg just for getting gst no & after alloting no he has cancel no so wht should we do

No... But, The Party (who is cancelled the registration) under penalize based on GST.
Wht about party who has paid gst to job worker
He will collect from Party or debit his end the value
But wht about difference in gstr 9
Difference will be payable by himself... 😢
