Parnter ship deed in AP to be executed in (total worth) Rs.500/- stamp paper.

There are basically two acts governing the Stamp Value
1. The Indian Stamp Act 1899 and
2. The Registration Act 1908
The above acts provide schedules which contains list of items along with their respective stamp duty.
All it says is to make a document acceptable by the Juris The document has to be affixed with the stamp value given in the respective schedules.
As far as Partnership deed in Andhra Pradesh is concerned it should be executed on Rs 500 stamp paper.
