Ms. ABC Partnership form Mr. A was retired in 2016 nov 11, after his retirement remaining partners was didn't Reconstitute the deed, without this they carry on business till, now they want to admit Mr D as a partner.
My question is, is there any chance for Reconstitute deed for the retired person (in 2016).
