The Pvt. Ltd. company (limited by shares) formed on 14.01.2011 (Filed Form-1, 18 & 32) without showing any relation with existing partnership firm, can they relate existing partnership firm & their credentials to this Pvt. Ltd. company by filling necessary forms to R.O.C.?
If possible, kindly give me the procedure to show their existing partnership firm credentials.
Pass a Board resolution for trake over of partnership firm.
Then allot shares in the company (for consideration other than cash) = Capital of partners
Then file Form 2.
Take over resolution
Enlistment authority rejecting the tender documents as details of existing firm not mentioned in the preamble. after takeover can they add a preamble regarding existing firm?
