16 July 2011The Pvt. Ltd. company (limited by shares) formed on 14.01.2011 (Filed Form-1, 18 & 32) without showing any relation with existing partnership firm, can they relate existing partnership firm & their credentials to this Pvt. Ltd. company by filling necessary forms to R.O.C.?
If possible, kindly give me the procedure to show their existing partnership firm credentials.

Pass a Board resolution for trake over of partnership firm.
Then allot shares in the company (for consideration other than cash) = Capital of partners
Then file Form 2.

Enlistment authority rejecting the tender documents as details of existing firm not mentioned in the preamble. after takeover can they add a preamble regarding existing firm?
