my client partnership firm has textile business. now partnership firm paid weaving charges to one of the partner, now tds applicable or not ?
And aslo weaving charges paid by cash more than 20,000 per days whether sec 269 applicable ?

yes tds is applicable.. the said expenses is disallowed under section 40A(3) not in 269
