can i register Partnership Firm in the name of NALANDA AND CO. AUDITORS . (two persons(tax consultants) in DELHI). is there any objection?

No objection you should name it as NALANDA & CO. and in below CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS should be mentioned

You can register partnership firm in whatever name you want except the prescribed words mentioned under Emblems and Names (Prevention of Improper Use) Act, 1950
