Sirs, in a partnership firm previous year balance sheet showing unsecured loan of 20 lakhs from family members...my question is "is it compulsory to pay interest to them or not for this current year, if it is assumed as interest free fund any problems regarding IT rules"
please clarify my doubt with proper sections..
