there are two partners "manoj gupta" and "anup soman" in a partnership-firm (Indian Partnership Act 1932) named - m/s CG Contractors 
Now; 
manoj gupta wants to leave the partnership-firm m/s CG Contractors... 
in this case; 
can the same partnership-firm be formed between - "Gupta Traders Private Limited" and "anup soman" ?? 
i.e., between a private limited company and an individual ??
