can i file a return under presumptive in case of partnership firm , here partnership firm have a TAN no. and deduct tds on expenses...on such firm can file return under presumptive

yes partnership firm can file income tax under presumptive basis...

i have 1 more question
my T/O is 90lakh & i shown the profit @ 6% (ie 5.5lakh) becoz .whole amount recd in bank and here i have given a partner remuniration of Rs.15lakh , so will i show a profit of Rs.5.5lakh only or disallowed amount of Remuniration will going to add on 5.5lakh
pls..revert it soon
