SAY SUPPLIER OF GOODS AND COMMISION AGENTS SIMULTANEOUSLY OR WE HAVE TO MAKE THE TWO SEPERATE FIRMS.

Firm can do no. of business under one name. there is no provisions to ristrict that.
Just as to show incom and pay tax promtly.
In case of company MOA Object clause says about company main object and ancilary objects to do business. but for partnership firm no such provision is their.
