Partnership deed registration
i am running a partnership business with my friend.but legaly it is not partnership bcz gst is on my pan.but for our understanding we need a partnership deed .whether rs 200 stamppaper is enough ?? should we register this deed..?

Registration of partnership deed are very simple
go to a notary ask for a partnership deed in bond paper. get it signed. as per the deed apply for a pan, upload necessary documents . so it's thru.
Obviously kyc documents are essential.
