partnership deed other state

Dear Friends

please let me know that,

if registered partnership deed has been executed in madhyapradesh  and partners wish to do any business in rajasthan,

then,is it required to alter partnership deed or new deed is needed for business in other state.

i think it is not required to registration in business plasce in rajasthan . bec you have allready registration in  madhypardash
