two persons were decided to make partnership firm on 02-05-2018 and fixed a date but they do not purchased any stamp paper, is the law accept their partnership deed dated 02-05-2018 on stamp paper purchased on 21-05-2018.

02-05-2018 because partnership exists on trust not on deed. Deed is secondary
