Can anyone provide me the partnership deed when ther is change in the profit sharing ratio of the partners. Rest clasues are same as per last partnership deed.

Just change only the profit sharing ratio cluase.

Just change the clause relating to Patnership profit sharing ratio.And do remember to change the remuneration clause,if any!!!!!
