30 June 2010Dear Sir, I have a Doubt regarding, creation of Partnership Deed Admission cum Retirement - details are
Two partners are doing business and one of the partner willing to retirement and some one like to become a partners on same date for continue in the same firm, can we make the partnership deed admission cum retirement on the same date in one deed. Is this deed valid? please explain breiefly.

we have to do changes in remunaration in partnership deed. there is no changes in constittution or partnership.which form we have to use.
