which partnership deed is vaild under law i.e of year 1984 or 2012
Please also give short information of limitation act and in how many year old partner deed gets null and void
latest amended p'ship deed is valid in law I.e. 2012.
there's no limitation for p'ship deed in force. once it's drafted and registered with rof it becomes permanent unless there's any chance in the Constitution of the firm
