Also it will be very helpful if anyone can give suggestions about formalities to be done in case there in death of one of a partner and admission of spouse of deceased partner.
Do dissolution deed has to be made?
Do reconstitution deed for admission of spouse of deceased partner has to be made?

@ Giridhar - your statement "if there are more than 2 partners and any one of them dies then the firm still continues as remaining partners are carrying on the firm. you need to submit a revised deed by adding deceased partners spouses name and removing deceased partners name."
Is this really just valid for a firm with more than 2 partners? And if the firm is of only 2 partners and one partner dies then automatically the firm dissolves? Is it not possible to add the wife of the deceased partner to be added as a new partner to keep the firm running?
