Partnership deed

M/s ABC &Co. are engaged in transportation business. They propose to apply for a tender with a Govt. undertaking. The tender requires them to produce the original of their partnership deed for verification if the tender awarded. But, the original deed is missing; can the firm submit anotarised copy or obtain a duplicate copy of the partnership deed and submit it? Will it be sufficient?

I dont think the Govt authorities will accept the deal. They will defntly ask for the original as its been stipulated as one of the terms for deal.

But anything can be possible in India............so try your luck with notariesed deed and ofcourse some more cash !!!!
