With respect to partnership firm registration, the name of partnership firm can be different from the name of the shop?
For example:
Name of partnership firm is M/S. Vijay Lakshmi & Associates and shop name is cafe-villa. Is this valid?
Could any one please attach Form 1 which is required for registration of firm.
Please its urgent.
