There z a partnership btwn 3peoples out of which 2died bt other partner didn't dissolvd the firm that tym. Nw after many years he wants to dissolve it. Now the question is at the time of dissolution the amount of fine due to non dissolve of firm immediate aftr death have to be bear by remaning partner alone or it'll be divided btwn the partner and legal hiers of dead partners
