No you cannot make payment to a partner in cash of his capital at the time of retirement..........
ITS DEPAND UPON PARTNERS.. THAT HOW THEY WILL PAY TO RETIRING PARTNER OR ON THE BASIS OF PARTNERSHIP DEED..AS THEY THINK BEST...MOSTLY I THINK THAT IN P.DEED ALREADY HAV WRITTEN ABOUT MODE OF PAYMENT TO RETAIRING PARTNER......
