When registering a partnership firm for GST where one of the partners is an LLP (Limited Liability Partnership), you may encounter a challenge as the GST portal requires input for First name, Last name, and Father's name for each partner. However, as an LLP does not have a father's name, you can follow the workaround mentioned below:
1. First Name: Enter the name of the partner representing the LLP.
2. Last Name: Mention the name of the LLP.
3. Father's Name: Leave this field blank or enter "NA" to indicate that the field is not applicable.
By entering the above details, you can proceed with the registration of the partnership firm on the GST portal.
